DERWEN Fairs will hold its new fair in the Norman Foster-designed glasshouse within the National Botanic Gardens of Wales this Saturday and Sunday.
Ieuan Evans, an expect in the field of Welsh pottery and porcelain will hold a stand at the fair.
Amongst the items on display will be exciting pieces of Swansea and Llanelly pottery.
Not to be overshadowed will be his stunning pieces of Nantgarw porcelain, including the Nantgarw plate.
The plate is finely decorated with cornflowers and has a gilt label.
Also on display will be stands displaying gorgeous Victorian linen, vintage clothes, fans and costume jewellery, and an appealing display of nostalgic interior designs.
There will also be fishing reels, militaria and collections of Moorcroft pottery.
If you want to invest in that special piece of glass or a good item of jewellery or silver then you will be spoilt for choice.
The fair will also be including other Welsh areas of collecting such as welsh art, textiles and furniture. Richard Bebb will showcase his rich array of Welsh paintings featuring artists such as Kyffin Williams.
Doors open at 10am and close at 4.30pm on each day. Admission is £4 which allows you into both gardens and the Antiques Fair. There is free parking.
