Bobby Ball, one half of the popular comedy duo Cannon and Ball, is to make a very special appearance at Ammanford Miners' Theatre, March 4.
Bobby Ball, most recently seen battling the Australian bush in 2005's I'm A Celebrity - Get Me Out of Here! will be appearing courtesy of ABC Church.
A committed Christian for over 20 years, he will be using his comedic talents to show God's love and forgiveness is for real and available to everyone. His testimonials have touched many people as he boldly speaks about real issues relating to his own life and his enthusiasm for his faith shines through.
Bobby Ball has enjoyed almost 40 years in the limelight with Tommy Cannon and his trademark braces and catch phrase "Rock on, Tommy" are now legendary.
Originally from Oldham and starting out as a welder (where he met his comedy partner), they made their first appearance on Opportunity Knocks in 1968 and have enjoyed TV success with their popular Saturday night series on ITV.
They've appeared in the film The Boys In Blue, a sitcom, Plaza Patrol, regularly appear in panto and were the subjects of This Is Your Life in 1981. There's no sign of the inseparable pair slowing down soon - in fact, Bobby Ball has vowed that the only time they'll hang up their mics is when Tommy gets a zimmerframe!
Tickets, priced £2.50 - £5 are available directly from ABC Church, 07970 053626
