JONES Jake Richard (Jakey Boy) Suddenly on Monday, 10th July at Glangwili Hospital, Jake passed away. Much loved son of Sara and the late Paul, devoted Daddy of Harper, Harlow and Taio Jake, loving partner of Cameron, adored brother of Luke, Sammy, Daisy, Rosie and Becca and a dear grandson, nephew, cousin, uncle and brother-in-law. Funeral on Thursday 3rd August. Service at Llanelli Crematorium at 11.00am. The family kindly request that you all wear colourful clothing. Family flowers only.
