SAMUEL David Stephen (Sam) Peacefully on Monday, 7th August at Morriston Hospital, Sam of Ceidrim Road, Glanamman. Beloved husband of Helen, loving father of Daniel and cherished brother of Catherine. Funeral on Thursday, 31st August. Service for family and friends at Llanelli Crematorium at 2.00p.m. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu, if so desired, to either the 'British Heart Foundation' or BLAS Ammanford and District Life After Stroke Group' will be kindly received by Keith Morgan and Hywel Griffiths, Funeral Directors, 40a Cwmamman Road, Glanamman, Ammanford SA18 1DJ.

Dai Sam as I use to know him , we were Electrical Apprentices at Ammanford Colliery in the early 70s before we moved to Betws Colliery and again worked together for many years . Met Dai a few times this year and had a quick chat about the old times , Dai always had time for a chat , we all will miss him RIP thinking of you and your family .
