Fire appliances called to house blaze in Ffairfach.
FIRE crews from Ammanford and Llandeilo responded to a house fire in Ffairfach shortly after 9pm on Thursday, August 15.
The blaze was confined to the external pine of the building and involved the overhead power supply.
Western Power Distribution confirmed that the fire had not been started by the electricity supply.
Its engineers were called out to make the electricity supply to the property safe and carry out repairs to the cable.
