Amman Valley fitness gurus Funky Pump Fitness are to host a charity fancy dress bag class on Saturday, September 21, at their Raven Industrial Estate, Garnant.
The event, costing £4, runs from 9.30am until 11am and is followed by a barbecue and drinks from 3pm with a live DJ to keep the beats funk throughout.
The festivities will then move on to Amman United RFC for an evening of fun.
All proceeds from the day will be donated to the British Heart Foundation.
So come along, get fit, have fun and help raise funds for a fabulous cause.
