AN AMMANFORD man has the best body in Wales - and that's official.
Keith Evans was crowned Mr Wales earlier this month.
The 29-year-old plasterer won the event in Barry and has now set his sights on the national title, due to be held later this year.
The father-of-one said he trains for a minimum of two hours a day to achieve the look.
"For 14 weeks in the lead up to a competition myself and my training partner Paul Gregory train for at least two hours a day," said Keith.
"My next competition is in Port Talbot in a few months so I need to lose the stone I have put on since the Mr Wales final."
He is now appealing for sponsorship.
"It can get very expensive to compete," said Keith, of Ffynon Las. "I did have sponsorship but that has run out, so I would be grateful to any business that could help."
