PROTESTORS battling to prevent the sale of Llandeilo's Market Hall are stepping up their campaign.
Carmarthenshire County Council plans to advertise the disused grade II-listed building on the open market.
Llandeilo Civic Trust claim the council pledged to hand over the building free of charge if a use could be found for it.
The authority says it is "essential" the site can be utilised as the building is deteriorating.
