FESTIVE shoppers can park for free in Llandeilo this Saturday.
Llandeilo town council has allocated spare days of its yearly free parking allowance in December in a bid to support the local shops.
Town Mayor Cllr Owen James said: "Royal Mail has already admitted that this year deliveries before Christmas may suffer increased delays, shopping local for that last minute present will be all the more important."
Parking will be free all day on Saturday, December 19. In addition to this, parking in Llandeilo is also free of charge 10am - 2pm Monday to Wednesday.
