A man has admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order.
Kallum John Williams, of Alltywerin, Pontardawe, breached the order made on November 3, 2020, by failing to attend a planned telephone contact on July 22. A final warning was issued on July 23.
However, on July 29 Williams failed to attend another planned telephone contact and a breach warning letter was issued. This placed him in breach of the community order.
The 22-year-old appeared at Swansea Magistrates’ Court on October 5, when a further community order was made, whereby the defendant must take part in 19 thinking skills sessions and must also attend appointments when instructed, or participate in any activity as required up to a maximum of 20 days.
Williams was also ordered to pay £60 costs.
