An X-type Jaguar driver sent to court for trial
A Cross Hands woman accused of exceeding the speed limit in her X-type Jaguar is to appear before Llanelli magistrates for trial.
Karis Serena Roberts-Ryan, 36, of Heol Bryngwili, denies driving at speeds reaching 87mph in an area which is restricted to 70mph. The incident is alleged to have occurred on August 26.
She denies an additional charge of failing to provide police with information concerning the driver of the vehicle when she was questioned about the alleged incident on September 30.
Both matters have been adjourned until April 6 when Roberts-Ryan will re-appear before Llanelli magistrates for trial.
