Paramedics had to be called to Llanelli magistrates court this morning (Thursday) after a 32-year-old who faces three charges of possessing indecent images of children collapsed in the court foyer.
Scott Williams suffered an acute panic attack as he waited for his case to be called by magistrates, and staff had to ring 999 for medical assistance.
They were told that an ambulance would take several hours to reach the magistrates' court with the result that a taxi was summoned and Williams was conveyed to hospital.

Scott Williams, of Penyfan Road, Llanelli, is charged with possessing 40 indecent Category A photographs of children, 35 indecent Category B photos of children and 29 Category C photos of children between August 1, 2018 and May 20, 2021.
He faces an additional charge of possessing an extreme pornograpic image of a person performing intercourse with an animal that was either dead or alive.
All matters were adjourned until June 14.
