The lucky person will star alongside a professional cast of actors and will be chosen from an open audition which takes place at the theatre on July 21.
Candidates must be 18 years old or over and must be available for all rehearsals and show dates.
“We’re incredibly excited to meet possible actors to play the princess, as we already have a great line, but would love to cast a local actor to star in the role of princess,” said show director Anthony Argyle.
And MTAZ producer Zoe Richards, agrees.
"This is the first time we’ve produced a panto at Port Talbot, and with Anthony being a local lad, we want to make sure it’s a traditional panto experience created by professionals who grew up and have connections in the area," she said.
