A man has been banned from driving and given a hefty fine for failing to identify a driver alleged to have committed an offence.
James Prosser, 26, of Maes Yr Haf, Gorslas, was found guilty in his absence at Llanelli Magistrates Court on Thursday, June 23.
Magistrates fined Prosser £660, and ordered him to pay a surcharge of £130 and further costs of £90.

Six penalty points were added to his driving licence, and he was also disqualified from driving for six months.
A charge of speeding on the A476 in Gorslas, Cross Hands, was withdrawn.
