The deadline for people to give their views about the Tycroes Surgery plans has now passed.
Following the application from Margaret Street Practice, Ammanford, to close its branch surgery in Tycroes, Hywel Dda University Health Board (UHB) invited people to have their say by Friday, June 24.
While the consultation period has ended, any further responses or comments submitted will still be logged and recorded.
A spokesperson from the health board said: “Hywel Dda UHB and Community Health Council would like to thank all those who contributed.
“The feedback will be reviewed as part of the formal Contractual process which the health board must follow on receipt of any request to close a Branch Surgery, with the outcome expected to be made public in July.”

Tycroes has been closed since February 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the building served as a ‘red site’ for the Amman Gwendraeth GP cluster.
Prior to the pandemic, the branch was used for a range of general medical services.
Since its temporary closure, patients of Tycroes have used Margaret Street Practice, approximately two miles away. There is a regular bus route between the two surgeries.
