FOURTEEN dogs have been taken from a Llandeilo woman by the RSPCA.
Llanelli Magistrates Court granted two orders on July 28 for the permanent confiscation of the dogs from Lynne Sharp of Llandeilo.
The first order was in respect to four adult Bearded Collie dogs and 10 Bearded Collie puppies to be given up to the RSPCA under the Animal Welfare Act 2006.

The second order was in respect of the above dogs that the dogs be “disposed of (other than by sale).”
This order was granted but the RSPCA has confirmed that this means the RSPCA has the authority to rehome the dogs.
Sharp also has to pay £750 costs to the RSPCA.
