A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of an Ammanford man who failed to turn up in court.
Thomas Daniel Belcher, 25, of Dynevor Road, Ammanford, was due to appear at Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates Court on August 8 in relation to a drug driving charge but the court issued the warrant when he did not appear.

He is accused of driving a Peugeot Partner on the A4221 Coelbren in Ystragynlais February 26 with 153 micrograms of Benzoylecgonine in his blood.
