A number of planning applications have been sent to Carmarthenshire County Council in the last week, with potential developments in areas including Ammanford, Llandeilo and Llandovery.
The applications look at extensions of houses, as well as businesses, and even building an all-weather horse and dog run.
The list of planning applications sent to the county council includes:
- Ground floor extension with a total internal area of 18.8m2 at 42 Bryn Mawr Avenue, Ammanford, SA18 2DA
- Conversion of Detached Outbuilding (former Commercial Kennels) to Holiday-Let Accommodation at Cattery, Pantycoedcae, Tirycoed Road, Glanaman, Ammanford, SA18 2YR
- All weather horse and dog run at Cwmlogin House, Maesybont, Llanelli, SA14 7HB
- Relocation of working farmyard to quarry site with provision of new agricultural store / lambing shed, borehole plant and water storage building and covered storage container units for fixed use of forestry / tool shed / vintage tractor storage - partly in retrospect at Allt Fawr, Llannon, Llanelli, SA14 8JX
- Non-Material Amendment to PL/01284 (Revised plans to ancillary ground floor home office only) at Erw'r Delyn, Carmarthen Road, Llandeilo, SA19 6RS
- Change of use of a first floor flat to form part of an existing dental practice, together with the retention of solar panels at 22, Stone Street, Llandovery, SA20 0JP
- Development enables secure and safe storage of machinery, equipment and seed to enable re-wilding of the field. Additionally, storage of feed for occasional livestock grazing during winter. Canopy extension is intended to increase opportunity to undertake seeding activity, grafting of native plants and general planting activities during inclement weather periods. Since purchase, field has only been occasionally grazed, cut and baled twice each year to prevent fertilisation of field at Field between Langwm Farm and Danygraig Small Holding, Talley, Llandeilo, SA19 7YS
