Multiple organisations located in Penybanc have come together to raise funds for a new defibrillator to be installed in the village.
With Penybanc being the only local village with no designated defibrillator for the people of the village, the groups raised more than £1,300 for the device.
Penybanc RFC, Penybanc Community Hall and Sue Ladd and Friends all joined forces to raise the £1,350 needed to install the defibrillator at the front of the rugby club.

There was a defibrillator located inside the club, however that was only used for the rugby teams playing when the club was open.
The new life-saving defibrillator is located outside and for the use of anybody in need.
