HERE are the people from the Amman and Swansea Valleys who have recently been in court for failing to provide information.
Frazer Llewellyn, 23, of Spencer Terrace, Lower Cwmtwrch, was found guilty of failing to provide information by Cardiff Magistrates Court on August 16.
He committed the offence on May 25 by not providing information relating to the identity of the driver of a vehicle believed to have been involved in an offence when asked by South Wales Police. He was fined £660 and given six points on his licence. He also had to pay £70 surcharge and £90 costs.
Llewellyn was also fined for speeding after admitting the charge on the same day. He was caught on March 16 doing 47mph on A4067 Godre-R-Graig, where the limit is 40mph. He was fined £40, given three points on his licence and had to pay £90 costs.
Philip Rivers, 64, of Penybanc Road, Ammanford, was found guilty of another count of failing to provide information by Cardiff Magistrates Court on August 18.
He committed the offence on March 11 by failing to provide information relating to the identity of the driver of a vehicle believed to have been involved in an offence when requested by South Wales Police.

He was banned from driving for six months – which follows a six month driving ban put in place by the court on August 8 after being found guilty of another charge of failing to provide information – and ordered to pay £660 fine, £66 surcharge and £90 costs.
Rhodri Nudd Bendle, 39, of Heol y Felin, Fforest, Pontarddulais, was found guilty of failing to provide information by Cardiff Magistrates Court on August 18.
He committed the offence by failing to provide information relating to the identity of the driver of a vehicle believed to have been involved in an offence when requested by South Wales Police on May 25. He was fined £660 and given six points on his licence. He also had to pay £66 surcharge and £90 costs.
