TWO men from Pontardawe were fined for travelling without a valid ticket recently.
Richard David Regan, 35, of Alltywerin, Pontardawe, was found guilty of travelling without a valid ticket by Cardiff Magistrates Court on August 19.
He was caught on March 16 travelling from Cardiff Central to Neath without having a valid ticket. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay £12.60 compensation, £34 surcharge and £100 costs.
