A Penygroes man is due to appear in court for a trial and sentencing next month.
Kris Maisey, 32, of Norton Road, has been sent to Swansea Crown Court for three offences.
Maisey appeared at Llanelli Magistrates Court on August 26 where he admitted a charge of making an indecent photograph of a child.
The charge relates to a period of time between February 1 and August 12. He was committed to Swansea Crown Court for sentencing.
He has indicated a not guilty plea for a charge of breaching a sexual harm prevention order when on August 25, it is alleged he was found in possession of a mobile phone capable of taking or storing images or capable of accessing the internet and had not notified the police within three days.

He has also indicated a not guilty plea for a second charge of breaching a sexual harm prevention order on the same date, this time relating to holding a social media account in a name other than Kris Maisey which he was banned from doing under the sexual harm prevention order.
He is due to appear at Swansea Crown Court on September 29 for the trial of the two sexual harm prevention order breaches and for sentencing of the making indecent photograph of a child charge.
He has been remanded in custody.
