Dyfed-Powys Police officers in Ystradgynlais are investigating reports of “a large quantity of alcohol” taken from the Tesco superstore branch in the town.
The alleged theft occurred at the supermarket store just off Wind Road sometime on the afternoon of Sunday, September 18.
Police are now appealing for anybody who may have information which could help them to come forward.
A spokesperson from Dyfed-Powys Police said: “We are investigating the theft of a large quantity of alcohol from the Tesco store in Ystradgynlais.
“The theft occurred on Sunday afternoon, 18th September 2022.
“Officers have carried out all possible lines of enquiry and are now appealing for help from the public.
"They would like to identify the person in the CCTV image, who may have information that could help the investigation."
