A MAN has admitted an assault that took place in Ammanford earlier this year.
Jordan Leigh Richards, 31, of Duke Street, Kidderminster, appeared at Swansea Crown Court on November 17 where he faced three charges.
Richards is accused of a count of controlling behaviour which is alleged to have taken place between December 2015 and March 2022.
He also faced a charge of stalking where during the period of August 10 and October 9 this year, he bombarded his victim with text messages. He entered a not guilty plea to the section 4a charge of stalking but admitted the section 2a alternative stalking charge.

He admitted that in July this year in Ammanford, he carried out common assault and entered a guilty plea.
His Honour Judge H P Thomas KC adjourned the case until December 5 to allow the prosecution to collect more evidence from the police.
Richards has been granted conditional bail and ordered to appear before Swansea Crown Court next on December 5.
