A mansion on the edge of Pontyates has been named as the most viewed property in Wales over the last month, according to Zoopla.

The property on Heol Llanelli, Pontyates, is currently up for sale for £730,000, and is described as a ‘modern build, superb residence offering a lot of space for the modern family.’

Of the ten most viewed properties on the website over the month of November 2022, the Pontyates mansion is by far and away the most expensive on the list.
