A DATE has been set for the trial of a man accused of controlling behaviour in Ammanford.
Jordan Leigh Richards, 31, of Duke Street, Kidderminster’s case was heard at Swansea Crown Court on December 12.
He denied a charge of controlling behaviour which is alleged to have taken place between December 2015 and March 2022 in Ammanford when he previously appeared in court on November 17.

Ashanti-Jade Walton, prosecuting, told His Honour Judge P. H. Thomas KC that the prosecution were going ahead with the controlling behaviour charge and explained how police were still trying to recover messages from a mobile phone.
Richards previously admitted a charge of assault which happened in July in Ammanford and also admitted a section 2a alternative stalking charge for the period of time between August 10 and October 9 this year.
Judge Thomas adjourned the case with a recommendation that the defendant provide his phone pin to assist police.
Richards is on conditional bail and a three-day trial has been set for March 13 at Swansea Crown Court.
