A BERKSHIRE man has been sent to prison for breaching a domestic violence protection order.
Steven Daly, 32, of Cowper Road, Slough, Berkshire, admitted breaching a domestic violence protection order at Llanelli Magistrates Court on December 21.
Daly was made subject of the order on December 2 by the court and breached the order by contacting his victim and also being in the vicinity of Ffynon Las, Ammanford on December 21.
He was sent to jail for 30 days.
On December 22, he was sent to prison for a further 10 days after admitting theft at Llanelli Magistrates Court.
He committed the offence on December 15 when he stole a bottle of wine worth £6.59 from Family Shopper in Ammanford.
