TWO drivers were banned from the roads for breaking the law.
Elliot Williams, 32, of no fixed abode, was found guilty of failing to provide a specimen for analysis by Llanelli Magistrates Court on January 4.
He was required to provide a blood specimen for analysis at Ammanford on October 11 after he was suspected of committing an offence but he failed to do so.
Williams denied the charge on October 27 but was found guilty on January 4.
He was banned from driving for 16 months and ordered to pay £180 fine, £72 surcharge and £640 costs.

Kyle Shillito, 26, of Brynheulog Terrace, Cwmllynfell, was found guilty of driving without insurance by Llanelli Magistrates Court on November 17 and was sentenced by the court on January 4.
He was caught on March 22 driving a BMW 116D on the B4297 Waterloo Road, Capel Hendre with no insurance policy in place to cover his use of the vehicle.
He was fined £400, given six points on his licence and ordered to pay £40 surcharge and £110 costs.
