AN Amman Valley man denies raping a child.
Dafydd Rees, 38, of College Street, Ammanford, appeared at Swansea Crown Court on January 18 where he entered not guilty pleas to three charges.
He denies two counts of raping a child under the age of 16. Both counts relate to the same male victim and were alleged to have been carried out between October 1, 1998, and August 5, 2000.

He also denies the third charge of indecent assault on a boy aged under 14 years, which relates to the above dates and victim.
He is due to stand trial at Swansea Crown Court on June 5.
