A SWANSEA Valley man denies conspiring to produce class B drugs.
David Carl Richards, 44, of Pontrardawe Road, Pontardawe, appeared at Cardiff Magistrates Court on January 18 where he entered a not guilty plea to conspiracy to produce cannabis.
The charge relates to a period between August 17, 2020, and June 15, 2022, where he – along with 13 others – is accused of producing a quantity of cannabis in Swansea.

The others accused in the charge are Aurel Gjoshi, Ardjan Sherifi, Christopher John Gwyn Mace, Admjerim Balla, Mario Vishi, Ardit Zorba, Deomald Sallufi, Sadik Selimi, Vilson Tufa, Florian Balla, Lisander Coku and Cornel Gabriel Macoviciuc.
Richards has remanded in custody to await trial at Cardiff Crown Court which is scheduled for April 3.
