A MAN has denied strangulation and assault during a row over car keys in the Amman Valley.
Jamie Davies, 48, of Wembley, Neath, appeared in front of Swansea Crown Court today, Friday, March 17.
He was charged with non-fatal strangulation and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. Both offences allegedly took place on July 22 last year and involved the same victim.

Davies denied both charges when he appeared in front of Judge Her Honour Catherine Richards at Swansea Crown Court.
Judge Richards set a trial date for July 6 for a two day trial.

She remanded Davies on conditional bail until then, telling him that he must not contact his alleged victim, save via a solicitor.
