A CROSS Hands resident is facing a number of dog breeding charges.
Kristina Barton, 28, of Heol Dinefwr, Cross Hands, has admitted three charges under the Animal Welfare Act at Llanelli Magistrates Court on March 24.
Barton admitted the three charges of unlicensed breeding of dogs, with the charges stating that between May 25, 2021, and September 12, 2022, three or more breeding bitches were kept at the premises and three or more litters were bred within a 12-month period without a licence.
Barton is on unconditional bail and is due to appear at Swansea Crown Court on April 11 where a confiscation order and sentencing is due to be dealt with.
