THE trial of an Amman Valley man accused of unlicensed dog breeding has been delayed.
John David Davies, 64, of Bryncethin Road, Garnant, Ammanford, appeared at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court on Friday, April 14.
He had been due to stand trial next week.
Davies had previously appeared at Newport Crown Court on Friday, July 29 and pleaded not guilty to participating in fraudulent business between the dates of December 3, 2019, and December 18, 2021.
He is alleged to have been participating in the unlicenced breeding and sale of dogs.
Davies will appear again at Cardiff Crown Court on April 21, where a new trial date will be decided.
