TWO people recently appeared in court for using a mobile phone whilst driving.
Philip Ian Cannon, 73, of Neath Road, Rhos, Pontardawe, admitted using a mobile phone whilst driving at Cardiff Magistrates Court on June 9.
He was caught on February 22 using a mobile phone while driving a Peugeot 407 on Pen y Wern Road.
He was ordered to pay £60 fine, £34 surcharge and was given six points on his licence.
Jade Presley, 35, of Gilbert Crescent, Llanelli, was found guilty of using a mobile phone while driving by Llanelli Magistrates Court on May 9.
She was caught on November 26 using a mobile phone while driving a Peugeot 206 on Bethania Road, Tumble.
She was ordered to pay £220 fine, £88 surcharge and £90 costs and was given six points on her licence.
