THESE two men were recently in court for drug driving and for not having a valid test certificate for the vehicle.
David White, 18, of Heol Rheolau, Abercrave, admitted drug driving at Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates Court on October 6.
He admitted that on April 16, he rode a Lexmotor Adrenaline motorbike on the A4067 at Sennybridge whilst over the drug drive limit as he had 3 micrograms of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood. The legal limit is 2 micrograms.
He was banned from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay £150 fine and £85 costs.
Abdul Majeed, 35, of Tyn y Cae, Alltwen, Pontardawe, admitted driving without a valid test certificate at Cardiff Magistrates Court on October 23.
He admitted that on July 15, he drove an Audi RS6 on Mumbles Road, Mumbles, when no test certificate was issued for the appropriate period.
He was ordered to pay £316 fine, £126 surcharge and £90 costs.
