AN AMMANFORD man has admitted stealing a car and driving it dangerously and while drunk.
Mathew Brown, 36, of Arthur Street, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court facing a series of offences from October 29.
Brown was accused of aggravated vehicle taking in relation to a Honda Accord which had been taken without the consent of its owner from Arthur Street.
The court heard that the car was recovered, but damage had been caused to the bodywork.

Brown was charged with driving whilst unfit through drink on the A474 towards Gwan-Cae-Gurwen, and dangerous driving on Derwydd Avenue in Cwmgors – some 6.5 miles away from where the car was initially taken from.
He was also charged with driving without a licence or insurance.
Brown also faced a separate charge of shoplifting after stealing meats worth a total of £93.75 from Iceland in Ammanford on March 12.
He pleaded guilty to all charges at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on October 31.
Brown was remanded in to custody, and will be sentenced at Swansea Crown Court on November 21.
