A CARMARTHENSHIRE man has been accused of stalking and controlling behaviour.
Stephan Leyson, 27, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on November 30 facing two domestic-related offences.
Leyson was charged with stalking involving fear of violence between May 1 and July 30 this year. He is accused of harassing a woman and threatening her – both verbally and through messages – which caused her to fear that he would use violence against her.

He also faces a charge of engaging in controlling or coercive behaviour against the same complainant between December 1 last year and April 30.
The prosecution allege that Leyson followed the complainant to work, monitored her using CCTV cameras, had her followed by a third party, and became violent towards her.
No pleas were entered, and the case was sent to Swansea Crown Court on January 4 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
Leyson, of Ger Y Castell in Kidwelly, was remanded in to custody.
