THREE people have recently been in court for speeding from the Pontarddulais and Hendy areas.
Natasha Leanne Edwards, 37, of Vaughan Crescent, Pontarddulais, was found guilty of speeding by Cardiff Magistrates Court on November 7.
She was caught on April 20 doing 62mph in a Seat Leon on the A470 northbound, Upper Boat Interchange to Trallwn, Pontypridd, where the limit is 50mph.
She was given three points on her licence and ordered to pay £220 fine, £88 surcharge and £90 costs.
Amy Roberts, 49, of Golwg y Llanw, Pontarddulais, admitted speeding at Cardiff Magistrates Court on November 11.
She was caught on April 15 doing 30mph in a Volkswagen Polo on Bolgoed Road, Pontarddulais, where the limit is 20mph.
She was given three points on her licence and ordered to pay £55 fine, £22 surcharge and £90 costs.
Lauren Amy Craven, 29, of Llwyngwern, Hendy, admitted speeding at Cardiff Magistrates Court on November 16.
She was caught on May 4 doing 36mph in a Renault Clio on Carmarthen Road where the limit was 30mph.
She was given three points on her licence and ordered to pay £100 fine and £40 surcharge.
