A TEENAGER was caught riding a 125cc motorbike without having the correct licence or any insurance.
The 17-year-old – who cannot be named due to their age – was alleged to have been riding a Honda CBF125 on Carmarthen Road in Cross Hands on May 24.
The defendant was accused of riding otherwise in accordance with a licence, as they were a provisional licence holder and did not hold the relevant Compulsory Basic Training (CBT) for the motorcycle. They were also accused of being uninsured.
