A GLANAMAN man harassed a woman and stole her Vespa.
Philip Horlock, 35, of Brynlloi Road, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on May 1 charged with four offences.
It was alleged that Horlock harassed a woman in Hendy through persistent unwanted contact between March 28 and 31 and again – whilst refusing to leave the victim alone – between April 2 and 6.
He was also accused of damaging a fence at the woman’s address and taking a Vespa without her consent on March 30.

Horlock pleaded guilty to two offences of harassment, one of criminal damage and one of taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent.
He was sentenced to one-year community order, as part of which he must complete 120 hours of unpaid work and 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
Horlock must also pay £85 in costs and a £114 surcharge. His victim was granted a one-year restraining order against him.
