A MAN has been accused of having indecent images of children and breaching a court order by having a Snapchat account under a false name.
Alfie Davies, 27, of Taliaris, near Llandeilo, was made the subject of a sexual harm prevention order at Swansea Crown Court on June 7, 2019.
He appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on May 17 charged with three offences of making indecent images of children and two charges of breaching that sexual harm prevention order.

It was alleged that Davies had 36 Category A – the most serious – images, 35 Category B images, and 14 Category C images of children between November 21 and May 16.
Davies was accused of breaching his sexual harm prevention order by having an internet enabled device between November 21 and May 16 and having a Snapchat account under a name other than his own on May 16.
The defendant was remanded in to custody and the case was sent to Swansea Crown Court. Davies will appear to enter his pleas on May 28.
