The monthly farmers market in Llandovery will feature live music from local artists next Saturday (June 1).
Shoppers at Llandovery Farmers Market can enjoy a range of music from 10am-2pm while they purchase a selection of meats, sheep cheese, cider, cakes, honey, flowers, and plants.
Aaron Perry will be the final act, featuring his blend of blues and country music with a Celtic twist.
He said: “I can’t wait. I’m proud of Llandovery and how far it’s coming. I’m so glad to be back performing in the homeland of my own town.”
Before Aaron performs, Chris Joyce will showcase his unique blend of genres and Bekka Stickland will follow with renditions of her original songs.
Llandovery Farmers Market manager, Raoul Bhambral said: “The amount of talent in this area is truly astounding. From producing great food to making amazing music, everyone just has so much to offer.
“The market has gained so much support already and is starting to grow. It will be great for the town. I’m really looking forward to it.”
The farmers market takes place at Llandovery’s Market Square and occurs on the first Saturday of every month until October 2024.
Next month’s farmers market is on July 6.
