A PONTARDDULAIS man has been warned he could face jail after admitting being involved in dealing cocaine.

Kieran Harper, 19, of Glynhir Road, appeared at Swansea Crown Court charged with three drug offences.

Harper was accused of being concerned in the supply of cocaine between April 8 and May 2 last year.

He was also charged with possessing 1.21 grams of cocaine – worth approximately £120 – with the intent of supplying it on May 1, 2023.

Harper faced a third offence of possession of cannabis, also on May 1 last year.

The defendant pleaded guilty on May 24 to being concerned in the supply of cocaine and possessing cannabis. He denied possession with intent to supply cocaine.

The Crown Prosecution Service said these pleas were acceptable, and prosecutor Craig Jones said a trial would not be sought on the remaining charge.

Judge Geraint Walters ordered a pre-sentence report to be prepared, and set a sentencing date of June 21.

He granted Harper bail until that date, but warned him that all sentencing options remain open.
