A man was taken to hospital following a motorcycle crash on a key Carmarthenshire Road last Saturday (June 1).

On the B4391 between Llangynog and Penybontfawr, a single-vehicle collision occurred at around 10:50am.

The road was closed for more than three hours before being reopened.

A spokesperson for Heddlu Dyfed-Powys Police said: “Police attended a single vehicle road traffic collision which occurred on the B4391 between Llangynog and Penybontfawr, Powys at about 10.50am, Saturday 1st June 2024.

“The male rider of a black triumph motorcycle was taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be life threatening.

“The road was closed and reopened at about 2.30pm.”
