The annual Sue Ladd and Friends Pink Ribbon Race took place on the weekend.

Participants donned pink and various costumes for the charitable event which began at Penybanc RFC and saw participants stopping at pubs and clubs throughout Ammanford for collections and the odd drink.

The funds go to the Breast Cancer Care Unit and Urology Department at Prince Phillip Hospital, Llanelli and other local charities.

Now marking its 19th year, the race, which began following Sue Ladd's cancer diagnosis in 2004, has amassed tens of thousands in donations.
