A LEARNER driver has admitted driving without a valid licence, insurance, or an MOT.
The 17-year-old – who cannot be named due to their age – appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court charged with three offences.
The defendant, from the Cannock area of Staffordshire, was accused of driving a Vauxhall Meriva on Maes Yr Haf in Cross Hands at 1.32am on January 7.

The court heard that the defendant – a provisional licence holder – was driving without a valid licence and driving without a valid insurance policy.
They were also accused of driving a car without an MOT.
The defendant pleaded guilty to each of the three offences on July 2.
The case was adjourned, and the defendant will be sentenced at Cannock Magistrates’ Court on July 18.
