A MAN from Ystradgynlais has denied a series of sexual offences – including several against a child.
Kerry Price, 51, of Tan Y Farteg, appeared at Swansea Crown Court charged with 13 offences.
Price was accused of three offences of sexual assault of a child between January 2008 and January 2014.

He was also charged with two offences of causing the same complainant – who was described as being of “primary school age” – to engage in sexual activity. The alleged offences were said to have taken place between 2009 and 2014 and involved the defendant placing the girl’s hands on his penis.
The defendant was charged with taking an indecent photograph of a child between 2009 and 2012.
Price was accused of three offences of sexual assault – all relating to the same complainant – between 2016 and 2022. The allegations were all associated with sexual touching without consent.
He was further charged with two offences of making indecent images of children – relating to four Category A and 20 Category C images – between March 2019 and August 2023, as well as recording a image under clothing without consent on March 11 last year and voyeurism between March 2019 and August last year.
Price pleaded not guilty to all charges.
A trial was scheduled for February 10, 2025, and the defendant was readmitted to bail.
