A MAN has appeared in court accused of stalking and harassing a woman and breaching a restraining order.
Arwel Dyer, 30, of Heol Y Parc in Cefneithin, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on August 14 charged with three offences.
Dyer was accused of breaching a restraining order imposed by Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on March 30, 2016.
It was alleged that Dyer “made a number of attempts” to contact the woman by messaging her on Whatsapp on August 10, and also contacted her friends and family to try and get in touch with her.

The defendant was also charged with harassment – relating to his repeated attempts to contact the woman on August 10, and stalking her between August 10 and 13.
The case came before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on August 14, and was sent to Swansea Crown Court.
Dyer was remanded in to custody, and will next appear in court on September 13.
