A 19-YEAR-OLD has been charged with riding an electric bike dangerously.
Charlie Howatson of Llandybie appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court charged with three offences.
Howatson was accused of dangerous driving on an electric propelled bike on Hendre Road in Capel Hendre on July 23.
The defendant was also charged with using an electric bike on a road without insurance, and failing to stop when required by a police officer.

Howatson pleaded guilty to each of the charges on August 13.
The defendant was granted bail and was handed an interim disqualification. They will be sentenced at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on September 3.
