Davies’ Ford Ka overtook the cyclist and cut across in front – within half a metre – when turning in to a junction.
The incident was captured on the cyclist’s GoPro camera.
The court was told that the defendant’s driving fell well below that of a careful and competent driver.
Davies pleaded guilty to careless driving on August 14, and was fined £107.
She must pay £110 in costs and a £43 surcharge, and was handed three penalty points.
